Pathway to creativity

I used to always be a strong person, seeking a way to be independent; one of my fear was being dependant in my life, I always want to be able to respond to needs. In fact reading the art of possibility gave me more hope, and inspiration. Ben Zander covered the ways to get over difficulty encounter in our existence,and by reading his book, you will come to know who you really are, how you can have what you want, how to succeed, and how you can achieve anything you want.
I love his book and his lovely personalty that I have noticed in his rehearsal.

Secret is revealing

Watching the video about "the Secret" reminded my first class where I was Stressed and anxious, it made me think about the way my class attendance and fortunate participation in the class has contributed in revealing those secret, My potential of positiveness, a path to see and clear my way for improvement. the video was another helpful comfort, confidence, and a conviction that you are the first author to step ahead for your needs, and your desires, the steps that will lead you to the possibility in order to transform them into what you want.

first feeling

In my first class on June 14 Th, I was happy, but stress and very anxious. Happy for going to college and I can`t wait to have my master in management at Cambridge college. I am the first person in my family to attend college,and the desire of an advance education and training have brought me in United states. I was stressed and anxious to integrate a new society where culture and life style is very different from where I have grown up.But after after individual introduction in the seminar class and knowing the diversity of the group in the classroom from different cultures, finally kept away the stress and the anxiety I had in my mind and I become soon relieved and comfortable with the pleasant environment. I think being in an international surrounding learning and exchanging experiences is very important in our life time .

time management

First of all I thanks our professor Catherine for the opportunity she gave us to learn about time management. It was helpful for me, learning how to manage your time to achieve your goal was inspiring and empowering for me. When Jim took some example of successful men and women, and he said we all have one brain, 24 hours and one week. I started thinking about how our actions influence our success, when he said again if you don`t like the situation of money, your living, or your relationship do something to change it. It was also exciting when he took himself as an example of student sitting in the same table last as we were, graduated now and started his own business gave me much more hope that I can make my own next year

I think people need to work with one another and together there is success.

My ILP topic

choosing an ILP subject is not that easy,first of all, it is something that will reflect on your career a lot and secondly,because its different aspect to follow It has be a current subject, clear and feasible. I have been thinking a lot about it and I finally decide to choose this:
-Impact of new information in production achievement in developing countries.
-Role of new information, infrastructure in providing access to markets.
-Industrial development in these countries.
-How these countries will be able to adopt and develop new information?
-what are possible solution for those countries to produce at competitive prices?
The idea of choosing this subject came in my mind because I am from an underdeveloped country, I always want to contribute in its development.And when I came here I realised that we are far away from development and how technology is important for development. I start asking myself any way that can help to ameliorate this new tool of information?

Power of intuition.

Reading about intuition and decision making was interesting for me. When Golman explain the power of intuition in decision making in certain circumtance. It was interesting for me to know that our intuition sense of what is right and wrong, and that intuition play its biggest role in work life when it come people. I am a person who has good intuition, but I don`t pay attention of it and after realised that what it has told me was right and I regret.
